Web Scraper

I have a database of 165000 street addresses ([login to view URL]) There is a field in it called full_adddress. There is an open public searchable database here: [login to view URL] Given full_address ( or possibly full_address + road_section_id ) it returns a data set showing: Address, Zone, Burner Type, Permit Date , Permit No. Expires I want to submit every address in [login to view URL] to the ajax request used by the above URL and a CSV created The CSV will contain: road_section_id, Address, Zone, Burner Type, Permit Date , Permit No., Expires The code for this can be written in what ever language seems best ( please let me know what you will use) . Java, PHP, Javascript, Excel / VBA, are preferred languages but I am open to suggestion. The application will allow me to set: - File name for address input ( [login to view URL] in this example) - How many records to query per second ( to stop us hammering the DB too hard - Output file name The settings can be held in a [login to view URL], [login to view URL], or entered via a front end gui. ******* IMPORTANT *** Start your application with the words "FIRE LIST" so I know you read this specification.
