i want a login system to my console app with encryption and server heartbeat

so as the title says i have a console app or lets say a c++ console app am using it to provide smth to my users but i need a login system so here is what i want - i don't want to pay for a web hosting like a high price one - i need you to make for me this things and test it 1- i want a linux vps i can buy it of course you just take the info of the login etc 2- setup a web host on that linux vps and php my admin or my sql idk you are the dev 3- give me the code so my app can communicate with the server it should have a heartbeat so if the users try to crack it in anyway they cant 4- make the heartbeat system sends the ip of the user and if he tried to open my program in any reversing programs like ida , x64dbg etc .. 5- and hwid lock so if he don't pay me the other month i could ban him by the way my program is paid like a subscription payment. 6-finally put all of this together and make that thing i also want the source to be written in Node.js and my sql because after you give it to me i want to learn from it also don't forget to comment everything and how does it work -7 and just a simple windows coded in c++ asking for a login username and password .
