We had a bad experience with a developer we hired on freelancer.com That's why we reposting this project I need to build a high end website for a real estate agency specialise in Luxury tourism List of templates to implement : - Homepage (fullscreen slideshow photo + video) Search form with two categories (sales and rental) parralax effect on different section - About us (description of the real estate agency) - Villa Listing Rental (Specific criteria + Dynamic google map display) - Villa Listing Sales (Specific criteria) Different layout - Rental product page : (different function : PDF export / Related products / Features and amenities / contact form and booking form) - Specific template page with display of list of products choose in the listing (sales or rental) with marker display on google map. this page is send to the client to show ideas and possibilities for planning vacation (just a link is send by email) - Sales product page (same as rental / no booking form but contact us) - Different redactional page (design provided) - Contact Us - Email Notification / HTML - Subscribe to the newsletter section (mailchimp) ------ I need a full time developer on this project with high skills on front-end and back-end development This website is subject to evolve and I need a developer able to respond on different task /modifications and maintenance. I don't accept developer working on other projects. I need your entire collaboration and availability. Also a great opportunity for you to work on a bespoke website for luxury industry and more projects with a based web agency in caribbean I have more informations to provide afterwards Brief is subject to change. However, to be honest, if you are planning for a long term business and thinking to develop the most successful website, We will suggest you build the site with Drupal or WordPress CMS. It will be fully cost-effective along with secure and SEO friendly. In terms of back-end usability, CMS platforms are the best option. Their admin/backend sites are designed to be used and managed by people with all sort of computer knowledge levels. The front will be based on twitter bootstrap so it'll be fully responsive. Hello, I have been through your project description. As I understand it, you are primarily into purchase and re-sell of property. You want to conduct this process online as well and need a website for the same. What I am assuming that this is going to be a platform where from user can have some consultancy services. Advocate Property Services will meet and discuss with you the aspects of your sale, preferred timing as well as techniques of advertisement etc. This platform will conduct a separate campaign with agents about the campaign to be taken care of etc. This website people will do a communication between the sellers and agents .I am not sure what are the payment policy you have planned and if there is any subscription system for agents. Question: 1. Is the site going to be for a niche area or will users be able to post any type of enquiries? 2. Will you be listing all the renting properties yourself? If so, we would be happy to provide you with an admin section in order to do the same. 3. Do you need any chat system using which a potential Renter would be able to chat with you real time? 4. Will there be any membership packages? 5. How will the admin get quotes from entrepreneurs? Will entrepreneurs be registered users of the website? 6. Will it cost anything to submit quotes or enquiries? 7. When will the service fee be paid to you? As soon as an applicant is hired or when the employer pays the applicant?
