Hi, I am implementing a multi-vendor marketplace using Magento2 using the magebay ([login to view URL]) booking and multi vendor solution. I need a link to be sent to the customer and the vendor to have a Video Chat for the duration of the appointment (using Twillio or any other Video platform) when a booking is made for a Video Chat (Product Attribute) to be used at the time of the call - as part of the booking/appointment confirmation. Reminder email with details needs to go out. A warning needs to sound/displayed 15 mins, 5 mins, 1 min before the video call ends.
