vbulletin CSS style work

I am working on editing a vbulletin style to look similar to this site.

I will need a drop down menu created that looks EXACTLY like the design seen on the sample link and the CSS edited and any corrosponding images that might might need to be adjusted. I also need a similar back-ground but with a lighter shade of beige.
