Vbulletin 5 Connect - Theme Customization

**** PLEASE READ PROJECT INFORMATION BELOW ****

We are setting up a VBulletin 5 Connect forum and need some theme customizations MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH VBULLETIN; please show proof. We need this to be done correctly.

Things needed:

- Posted by currently shows username - we want to change it to show the First and Last name

- The User Profile is currently showing based on username - we want it to show based on First and last name

- We have some Custom Fields, we want to make sure it shows properly

- Sub-Forums are currently aligned horizontally, we want them aligned vertically

- Pinned and Closed topics have a "," in between that we want to remove

- Reconfigure User Profile page to show what we want it to show.

- Include profile avatar field in Registration Form

- Remove Contact Information for AIM, GoogleTalk, ICQ and etc from all members, registration and profiles

This will be an on going project so we will most likely need additional modifications as we grow. We are seeking someone with experience and wants to help us with minor customization options through out the process including upgrading to new patch levels. Please show examples of what you have done with VBulletin in the past; we are not taking new developers.
