its a web based application to be developed on core php, codeigniter. it will consist of 4 dashboards interlinked to each other. one for the requestor, one for the school admin, one for the transport company and one for us through which we could control and track the performance of all other 3 panels. The requester will place a request for a vehicle which will show in the school admin panel. If the school admin has an in-house vehicle available they will confirm the request else they will forward it to the transport company. The transport company will then send a quotation for a vehicle request that should show in both the school admin and requester dashboard. Once the quotation is approved, the travel company will confirm the vehicle request. The panels will have filters like master data where vehicle and driver details can be maintained, feedback form, invoicing, notifications, search requests using different criteria, etc. the rest can be discussed later
