Transfer Data from One Magento Database To Another

Hi
We have a current job where we have updated aspects of a clients website on a testing website, however there live website has since under gone a lot of changes (new SKU's, prices, new users).
We need to transfer MAINLY the updated SKU's (there are around 4500 products) to the testing website before we can put the testing website live. It's worth noting that the live database for some reason doesn't work with the testing website (I've tried and it doesn't work due to extensive changes completed).
IF we could transfer other aspects also that would be good, as obviously since we took a copy of the database new changes have happened on the live website. Other aspects such as new products added since, new user sign ups, updated prices on certain products, orders etc would be ideal if we could transfer them over - however, if not I understand why.
We ideally need this completing ASAP. We have everything ready that you would require i.e testing envionments etc which would be solely used for this.
