A taxi reservation software should have the necessary features as I will write at the bottom.
1) There will be 1 reservation section and the vehicle you choose here is for 4 people and if you choose 5 people, it will automatically recommend a higher segment vehicle and will not make a reservation for the 4-person vehicle.
2) When the reservation is made, this will be reserved. There will be a management panel and incoming reservations will appear in that management panel.
3) We will be able to download the reservations made to Excel according to the template we have.
4) There will be a user login section in the reservation section and only the customers we have added from the management panel will be able to log in to this section and we will be able to define special prices for the people to whom we give this login.
5 ) These prices will not appear in the reservation section, but they will appear when we download them to Excel
6) The customers we log in will be able to add their own workers as users, but will be able to make reservations through the main company.
7) Prices can be fixed, the price system will be adjusted from one region to another.
There may be points that I have forgotten, of course, more details will be discussed in detail.
