Small Inventory Software -BUG FIXING URGENT

I need a small inventory software. ON the top there should be 4 tabs = Add Inventory, Use Inventory, Report, Home, ADMIN
Professional User Friendly Theme. Should look like whats made by a school student.
ADMIN:- Add items (Item name), ADD/EDIT USER
HOME:- Should show the current available inventory
Basically the inventory available shows the weight of all reels separately
So it is possible for an item to have 2 packed reels of 200 and 300kg and 2 unpacked reels ( Balance from previous use) of 50kg and 100Kg. IN the inventory it should show as 200kg+300kg+100kg(B)+50Kg(B)
(B) - this denotes that the specific reel is balance from a previous job
ADD INVENTORY :- Should have all the entry items in a single line - Date (Automatically selected todays date but should be able to change), Item (Drop down), Weight/Reels (Numeric)
USE INVENTORY :- Should have all the entry items in a single line - Date (Automatically selected todays date but should be able to change), Item (Drop down), Weight/Reels (Drop down to select from -packed reels or unpacked reels which have been used before- System Shows weight), Balance (This is where we enter the weight of remaining reel if any), Used (System Calculates on its own)
For both Add and Use inventory we should be able to add/use multiple items at once.
REPORT :- datewise or itemwise
PS:- I HAVE COMPLETE SOFTWARE JUST NEEDS BUGS FIXING AND THE LAYOUT HAS TO BE MADE A LITTLE APPEALING/PROFESSIONAL
