Simple PDF invoice generating from CSV file

We are online retailer and we need to make invoices in bulk from csv file.

On back end we will be creating different kind of invoice format where we will insert the company information such as : logo, address, tax number, terms, upload digital signature, invoice name etc.

Now we will upload our csv file wll following kind of detail… such as

use invoice format name, sold date, order number, invoice number, invoice to name, address, city, pin code, item name, price, Qty, tax % rate, etc..

Once we upload this csv file .. the script should generate invoices in pdf file .. which can be downloaded and can be printed.

Apart from above Some of features we need is .

1. Able to reprint the invoices by way os one order putting in text area or dumping the order numbers ( per one line – it is only from previously generated orders )

2. mysql data base will keep all record of generated invoice.

3. ability to make invoices as one invoice oer A4 size paper or two invoice in one A4 size paper.( per page )

4. when upload csv file … it will calculate the basic amount and tax amount and will make invoice like this …

xyz item name qty : 1 price : 100 amount : 100

Tax 12.5% 12.5

Total amount : 112.50

This means in our csv file we will making Sold price : 112.50 and in tax field 12.5%

5 PDf file should have page number in it.

6 PDF file name should be : invoice formate name +date+number of record+operator name

( operator name we will put into the csv file )

7. order number should be unique per invoice format .. this means if that format used this order number twice in same file or in earlier submission than it will show error.

8 in emergency we should be able to edit any order.. while putting order number in search box and than edit one order and than save as pdf.

Please note: we do not need any other features like when it is paid or not paid, or send invoice by email , etc.
