Simple data scraping from table

I want to use DOM to scrape an html page and get 4 pieces of data as a PHP variable that I can then use to insert into my DB. Please look at both files to understand what I am try to do. It is pretty simple. The table rows and columns will not change so using some kind of array offset is acceptable. Thanks
