Separate logins for 1 Cpanel X

I have a Cpanel X login account with my host. On this account i can host unlimited small websites. I wish to allow people to login without seeing other websites information or able to change settings. So i may allow website A to login and only change his own email settings and ftp settings or Mysql DB but nothing else. Will this occur by hidding the website in another frame? Website A will have his own login which is different from Website B and certainly different from master login/pass i have for the main account. I hope you understand what i want. Has anyone ever done such or do you have a ready made solution for this. Please contact me for more info. (see logo enclosed for cpanel X type)
