The first part of the software requires php script to query mysql database, extract some data and then email that data along with a pdf attachment (selected from a folder). The second part requires the php script to constantly check email mailbox every 5 min (it can run as a scheduler. I am using WAMP stack) and based on incoming email, either write back data to the database or retry the first step again (in case first step failed). I will share more details if you are comfortable with above. My budget is around $100-$150 USD I need experienced php / mysql programmers who are also familiar with regular expressions. Need to start asap and complete in next 12 hours. Its a fairly straight forward and easy project
