Script for bidding

I need a script built which I can use for bidding. Here are the things that I'll need

1) This will be used for bidding on freelancer.com

2) I should have an option/filter using which i can select the skills on which i wanna bid on

3) I should be able to enter an amount range means if a project budget is 30-250 then the script will bid eg 150 and 7 days as timeline

4) A space for writing the sample proposal.
