I'm seeking a skilled web developer build quick website where users chronicle their negative experiences with businesses, and can read it like a criminal case or police report.
Website will revolve around business that rip off customers. User creates an account and story, and can tell the story in a summary format & with as much detail as they link. It would be nice for the site to also break down the case in a "story-timeline" format. So a user can create/edit in time line points along with the event.
Key Features:
- Users should be able to register, log in, and submit their stories. While narrating their experience, they should be able to set it in the context of an event chronology.
- Stories should be summarized and displayed based on various filters, namely business or entity involved, user ratings, date, or the type of scam/crime/problem involved.
- The platform should also provide information about scamming entities' social media and aliases.
Interactions:
- For user interaction, there should be like and dislike buttons on every story.
- The site should include a comments section for users to discuss and connect with one another.
- Users should be able to share stories on social media platforms.
- Users should also have the ability to upload supporting media to back up or enrich other users' stories.
Ideal skills for this project are proficiency in UX/UI design, knowledge in data filtering and sorting, and experience in developing social media integration and user interaction features. The ability to complete the project quickly is also valued, as time is of the essence.
