Functional detail of app: - Salesman user: - auto fetch GPS coordinate to server. - Can see app based report on: - How many KM/ Hours they are travelling on given period - How many stop they make on given period - Can see report from our back office. (Sales record of himself) In back office we running CRM software using SQL server. Around 5 report type needed. - Sales Manager user: - We have 10 area manager, each area manager can see their subordinate salesman that work on each area (3-5 salesman per 1 area manager per 1 area) - We have Company manager/ Director who want to see every sales man. And must be filtered by area/ area manager who responsible to - All manager must see all report. - All manager can see live view on google map that where are their subordinate at the moment - All manager can see travelling history of each salesman (And all salesman) with key stat like KM travelled, Stop how many stop they make. - other: - it should raise flag/ notification to manager if salesman avoid to be tracked such as user turnoff cellphone, turn to airplane mode or any other reason that make GPS doesn't work. - App should be tell that GPS is off because their battery is dead (not fake) - App should be design for further phrase2 development (Add more feature like sales ordering.) 3. Contract & Payment term Please modify payment term in contract. 1. 20% upfront 2. 1,2,3,4 milestone 10% each 3. Last 40% And also send us YOUR COMPANY REGISTRATION DOCUMENT AND DETAIL OF AUTHORISED SIGNER (DIRECTOR) ID/DOC. for signing a contract. Please send me draft of contract before we begin.
