Basic header

For Personal Loan Website.

I have the same stock image of the girl on [login to view URL]

from shutterstock, but it needs photoshop to add extended hand that

will hold a check in it and photoshop to

make the girl more tan etc. The girl on [login to view URL]

is much cleaner than the shutterstock photo.

As for the website. It will be very similar.

No back end.

Form needs to show up well in responsive and in mobile versions.

Mobile version may need to be a bit different.

For the autoresponder, I can give you the optin script code to be place.

You can then CSS to make button and fields look good.

I will be passing a few variables to the page from another link.

Probably just First Name and last name that will need to pre-populate

at the top of the website (or on the check, not sure yet) and First Name, last name and email will need to to pre-populate in the form. Once user opts in the pre-pop data needs to be passed to and pre populate a form on the next page

with the same 3 pre-pop values. (2nd page is already built, you only need to pass data to it).

And I may need the option to pre-pop an amount on the check by passing a variable

Will need a link to a basic privacy policy and terms/conditions pages.

I will provide the text for both. No design needed just a basic page with the text and the

basic header from the front page.

Also.

When the user clicks the optin button, as the page forwards to the next page, I will also need another page to open in a new tab simultaneously (new style pop-up, but in tab) You will need to provide clear and simple instructions on how to remove or disable the pop-up in the future when needed

That's it.

If it works well I will need more designs.

These are for high traffic sites. So they need to load quickly.

That is about it. I have done several of these in the past, so no outrageous prices please. I need to finish the site in a week and then probably create 2 more additional websites right away. But this quote is for just the 1 design for now.

Completed landing page needs to be in php.

I will give FTP to my server.
