Recreate our current view of companies (Laravel/MySQL)

We have right now a dashboard made in Laravel/MySQL. In this we can add companies.
We want to extend the view of companies. In the current view, we can see the company name, and some other information. Like COmpany status (if you swipe here, the company users are not able to login anymore) and a special tools swipe (if you swipe this, the users are not allowed to use a specific functionality).
We want to make it simplistic in view. Also, we want to do add some more functionality.
ADDING COMPANY
When adding a new company, we want the fields to hover over the current dataset. (the to be filled fields are already there, the functionality is also working). There is API interface, which retrieves the company fields given on the COC number. These are the address, company name and the possible site. The rest we would fill in ourselves. For this, we need the view to be changed.
We also want a tag field here, so we can add tags to the company and the small note field where we can write stuff abt the company.
What we also want here, is to add functionality that we can see the account manager (e.g. John made the company, but he can select another account manager from the company)
VIEWING COMPANY
We want to simplify our current view. Right now, we are facing much clutter. We want to reduce this to some main fields. The rest we want to hide behind a 3 dots button where we can edit the organisation, change organisation image, delete the organization, add new project, new contact or add tags)
