Raspberry pi and php - video stream

I need to make a connection between simply php website and raspberry pi in local network. I need to create web site like PICTURE 1. Its a simply web site, in the middle there is a video stream from rasspberry pi camera. Under the video stream there is 4 buttons.

1 button - start stream

2 button - change resolution

3 button - change brightness (plus or minus button)

4 button - stop stream

I need to to communicate between php website and the raspberry pi (raspian system), on the raspberry pi there is camera module and simply server (see [login to view URL]) i need to adjust the server program. The server program run on package call picamera and it is written in Python code. ([login to view URL]).

Function:

If you turn on your web browser, you see simply web page (all on local network) when you press the button Start Stream, the page send command to raspberry pi and the stream start, if you press button change resolution the webpage send command to raspberry pi and resolution change, BUT you need to use picamera package. The same is with button 3 and 4. The video stream can by only VLC insert to webpage.
