Quick "Facebook App - Comment Moderation" Fix

I have a Facebook comments section on some of my pages. Until recently, when someone would place a comment, I could moderate it in FB comment moderation tool. ([login to view URL]) However, suddenly things changed recently: * Now when someone places a comment, it's posted automatically, and I can't moderate it. * Also, the "public" tab in the facebook comment moderation tool doesn't show recently placed comments - so there's some kind of incongruence between the moderation tool and the actual comments section. * Even more recently, the app is not showing / accessible in the list on [login to view URL] (<-- I did get a notification that this app needed to be reviewed) HERE'S WHERE I NEED YOUR HELP: * I'd like to fix the app, so I can moderate comments again before having them become public on the page.
