Provide monthly Maintenance and development for live Mobile app (iOS, & Android) and backend development and management • Ensure app (iOS, Android) live and operational • Fix and resolve all bugs and crashes of the live app and backend dashboards • Ensure daily Backup • Work directly with us to continuously update and improve the application • Develop new features as needed as arise • Develop new version whether it is an upgrade or total renovation as required • Provide necessary support for Server and hosting service management • Provide weekly report about the problems, tasks, developments progress, and cases • Conduct regular bi-monthly testing for security and architecture and provide report • Conduct stress and load test to any version or feature updated in the app before going live • Submit the app to Apple Developer account and Google Play Store account and ensure proper and best practices updates scenarios followed • Manage, improve and integrate Google Analytics to get the best insights • Manage, improve and integrate internal Analytics within our backend dashboards to get the best insights • Support in doing SEO • Other..
