property management portal -- 2

I need to have a property management portal. Basically it need to have a few features covered as below:

1. Different user role, user group, user access to the system such as property management admin, staff, owner, resident with different accessibility and functionality and hence need user login session.

For example:

it allows resident to

i. Check and make booking for facilities

ii. send complaint to management

iii. fill in e-form and submit to property management admin

iv. Pre-approve on the visitor

v. Maintenance fee and installment payment record keep tracking, calculation etc.

it allows property management admin

i. to broadcast message to the resident

ii. sending reminder to resident who has due balance on the maintenance fee

iii. can have interactive (online/offline) communication attend to resident complaints

iv. post activity/new feeds/news regarding to the property which would be visible on resident page

2. The web layout should have something similar to Uber's page layout which separate by horizontal view on each sections

3. The web portal should work well and looks great on mobile device

4. Need to generate reports

5. Need to handover source codes

6. With future expansion plan
