Project : Problems faced in the TELUS organisation which results in the customer dis satisfaction.
Objectives : 1. Conducting simple surveys with customers regarding the problems.
2. Identify past and present issues and identify the relationship between customers and company members.
3. Identifying the proper decision and implementing in the problems.
Research Methodology : Data Analysis by Qualitative and Quantitative methods like Swot analysis, Fish bone technique, T square test, Z square test etc.....
4. Literature review that means from what articles the project is written.
Finally the project should be in 2500 words and that to should be completed by tomorrow evening.
