Project for AVRocker1

I need the backend of a social networking site coded using PHP and MySQL. It is a complex site so I want someone who is experienced and committed to do the job. Knowledge in other web developing languages that can help to do the job is also appreciated. I will also need some help in getting the site online. The site should be perfectly functional. The work should be done on time. If I like the freelancer I will keep hiring him/her because I will need support for the site.
