Programmer needed to create & design Runescape-style Hiscores Leaderboard using CSV Exports!

I want to have a Runescape-style Hiscores Leaderboard for my Review group, a group which discusses various topics within NYC. It is important to note that we do not have the API for users data at this moment. From the links which will be provided you can only extract the CSV files of the data. Hope that is okay. So some background: We have a bot called Combot which records analytics data for every user, including Messages Posted in any of our categories (MSG),, Xp Points (Combot awards users with randomized amount of XP (between 1 and 12) for their text messages, once in 1—4 minutes), Lvls (based on Xp Points... users level up at certain XP Points thresholds), Reputation Points/REPS (only Admins can give Reputation Points out, and 1 Reputation Point is awarded for each full length detailed review a user posts). Here are the Combot Analytics links for each of the categories we have. Let me first say that on these pages which you get redirected to in the links, the only available data you get are User’s Name, MSG & REPS. Lvls of the top performers can be found by clicking “Leaderboard”, and the XP Points for each users is in Settings, which would require you to login as Admin. So the XP points i could provide in CSV format, but I think we can agree that can be a little inconvenient, if we are trying to make an automatic-updated Hiscores Leaderboard! Another piece of information I have are the actual XP Points thresholds for each lvl (1,2,3,4,etc), so hope that helps! I'll give you more info in the private chat box.
