I have PHP script (ONLY ONE PAGE) hosted remotely, with remote MySQL database. Need to have work offline mode, so if lose connection to database, it can store data locally temporary and sync when connected again. Perhaps need to use HTML5 application caching or SQLITE or WebSQL Want someone who has done this before to do this swiftly, in your bid write "I have done this before and have experience"

I have done this before and have experience. You cannot use HTML5 into a php script, HTML5 it's client oriented and cannot be used in such cases. Even I didn't do this until now, I'm sure I can accomplish this. I'm thinking to use a txt file where I can save all info in case of mysql connection is gone. So, at begging of this script, first check if the last run was successfully (read content of that file).

I actually have done this before but I'd recommend also having a MYSQL local installation and storing the migrations(changes in database both online and locally) this will ensure both databases are in sync. You can even opt to leave out some changes made locally from the online database. I know I have no past jobs on freelancer on any review but as I said I have done this before and can assure you of my ability to do this job to your satisfaction.
