PHP/MySQL/HTML/Java programmer needed

Hello,

We are looking for a PHP/MySQL/HTML/Java programmer to operate some modifications to a relatively simple and relatively out-dated custom-made software we have. The software in question is basically a complex database with a user-friendly web interface, dealing with various elements used when listing eBay auctions, such as titles, subtitles, eBay categories, etc. We can offer the software + database as an archive to the selected coder, and we expect him/her to upload it somewhere, so as we could monitor the progress made. Roughly, the list of modifications that we want done is as follows (see pictures for a general idea about the software):

- the categories tree which opens up when the "Category" button is pressed needs to be up-dated by extracting the complete categories tree currently on eBay, under the "Stamps" section; the current categories tree in our software has been extracted in a similar way from eBay, about 6 years ago, and thus it is out-dated.

- the "Store Category" and "Second Category" fields must be removed.

- the character limit of the Title field has to be increased to 80 and the entire field must be extended in the space left empty by the removal of the "Store Category" section, so as to show all of the 80 characters completely.

- in the "Picture" section the thumbnail does not show up properly right now, and this needs to be fixed; also, the name of the picture file must be displayed under the thumbnail, above the "Gallery Plus" checkbox (which is to be lowered accordingly).

- in the "Options" field, the following checkboxes must be deleted: Border, Highlight, Featured Plus, Featured First, Home Page Featured, ProPack; what's left must be regrouped.

- in the "View Auction" section, the "Cost" and "Save" buttons have to be removed.

- ideally, all of the modifications made should be reversible, so the relevant bits of code should be left there, but deactivated.

The list of modifications is not limited to the above, but this is mainly what needs to be done.
