Perl script that reads id from CSV looks for it in an XML file and generates a new CSV with XML values

Build a perl script that, given a csv file, takes the id, checks that this id is present in an xml file (online), if the id is present, the script, extrapolates the availability and other values and puts these in a new csv file.
The XML file is available online and has already been implemented to authenticate and download this file
