NEED MAJOR WORDPRESS CUSTOMIZATION for free downloads/resources site.

I need my Wordpress site customized so it is a fully functional Downloads site similar to [url removed, login to view], It will be offering downloads and must have a resizable thumbnail script, download manager (to track number of downloads), tags (WP already has), categories (WP already has).

Needs to have a thumb resizing script so there's small thumbnails displayed on the index and when they click the individual item a larger thumbnail is displayed and then when they click that big one it shows them the full size/large image (the same image used in the thumbnail) and once they click the enlarged image it shows them a whole different image which doesn't need to be resized.

Possibly similar to: [url removed, login to view]

When using wordpress they offer custom fields(I hate them but use them if you have to just make them part of the post rather than a dropdown list that it already is), well this is where the most editing comes in. When submitting a new item instead of messing with custom fields and all that I want the upload for the file, image and other items to all be layed out since all the posts will be in the same format. (Wordpress Pages do not need to be edited or touched).

*Important* When submitting a new item I need:

- Upload form for thumbnail image and misc. enlarged image (2 different files, Only the thumbnail has to be resized, Note that all thumbnails need to be the same size like on [url removed, login to view] or [url removed, login to view])

- Upload form for the zip which contains the file people will be downloading.

- An input area for the author's website URL so they recieve a link back.

- An area for the title of the vector piece like if it's a Mountain vector I would write "Purple Mountain".

- Usage License (Non-Commercial, Commercial, Unspecified [default]).

- File Type (should be editable so I can add types of files that people are downloading, even though they are all going to be uploaded in zips people need to know what type of file it is whether it's pdf, esp etc.)

- Small description/Notes from original author (this can be the default content area that wordpress provides but I want this displayed at the very end).

Other things I need:

- Integrated Rating System which users can view all items by their rating as well. Based on point scale of 1-10 (10 being best) remember posts need to be organizable so people can view the best rated items if they want to.

- Functional Tag Cloud.

- Deep SEO optimization is also critical like Meta Titles, Meta Descriptions.

- Functioning Search Feature.

Posts must be sortable by:

- Date Submitted (use the default Date process that Wordpress has because I'd like to set the date for items ahead of time so it updates without me having to be online that day)

- Popularity (number of download clicks)

- Category

- File Type (this should be optional so I can either select which type it is and if I do not select one it doesn't need to show) an example of filetypes would be like .eps, .pdf etc.

- Rating (Highest Rated items listed first)

You can view my progress here (Vectors Free (dot) com), Adding new content right now is such a big hassle. I am absolutely not a scripter and as nice as much as this template matches what I wanted I don't know if it's right. I do however want the thumbs displayed similar to how they are already as well as on [url removed, login to view] (I like vecteezy's general idea and layout but I want to try a couple things differently like the way they have a whole other page for their gallery and viewing seems very odd, I want my site to be sortable on one page). I should also note I like the little picture viewer thing when people click on a vector on vecteezy it has a loading bar and blacks out behind it (very 2.0 styled and Im looking for something like that).

So if you are a wordpress and php guru and you want to try this out let me know, I would like for my entire wordpress script to be edited and modified, I don't want plugins or misc. stuff instead I need parts of Wordpress revamped to accomidate my site and what it offers.

Feel free to use other codes and plugins to initially help you, just make sure I'm not forced to install anything extra or wouldn't have to edit any plugins and stuff like that. Also should note try to make it less "Wordpressish/Bloggy" like for alt codes I don't want it to say "Permalinks" or anything. Hope this is something people are interested in, I posted a previous job for a complete CMS but decided this should be easier and way cheaper for me. Don't forget to PM and show what you've done, Make sure you have experience with Wordpress otherwise you may have a struggle (You can mess around with it, download it at [url removed, login to view])If necessary I can set up the user with a wordpress account on my site with a database for them to use or you can use it on your own site.

I Should note I'd rather have you start a template from scratch, Something very basic not asking for anything elaborate or any graphic design at all I can code html and css as well as do my own template so this is not something I need. So please do not entirely base the coding on any 1 template or existing plugin, that's why I'm paying you.

I have references if necessary regarding payment (I do alot of business online and have a very honest rep). Can talk via AOL isntant messenger, Yahoo Instant Messenger, Email blah blah blah. Just let me know! I'm very excited! I attached an image of sort of how i vision the submit post page to look like, You see the obvious differences how things are organized doesn't have to look exactly like it of course.
