need help in php project with google cloud hosting

Hi,
We develop a backend with php and its working fine on godaddy normal server. but now we need to move this on google cloud.
we need help in following
1. store images in bucket so it can be access via open
2. generate and store pdf (working fine on godaddy need to check what to do on google cloud)
3. email smtp (need small help in this function already there.
only how have experience in php with google cloud server bid only ...
