I have a project for Codeigniter developer who is in Delhi or Noida.
Project Description
Recall or (Recurring automatic scheduling feature): OfficeSlate automatically sends reminder notification to patients that needs routine follow-up (for annual physical, immunization, or even A1C re-check. The doctor's office allocates patients to be on this recall list and the system will send message at the correct interval
- The immunization Age schedule is as follows: 2 months old, 4 months, 6 months, 12 months (1 yr old), 15 months, 18 months, 4 yr and 11 yrs
- Preventative Care reminder are annual:
- Mammogram: For all female between age 50-74 years old to be auto reminded every 2 years until age 74
- Pap Smear: For female between age 21-65 years to be auto reminded for pap-smear every 3 years until age 65.
I have a website and all the codes with me but unable to give the finish touch. I want some one go through the codes and implement come changes to it and make my website complete with some new features. Further details will discuss on chat.
