Modify Opencart Product Layout Page

Hello, here is what we are looking for : We need someone who is extremely qualified in editing opencart via vqmod. Please open this link first : [login to view URL] here we have our product layout which is default opencart [login to view URL] file, now on right side please select satin stainless steel as the Finish option on the right you will see images of different variations in that particular product finish now we dont want this layout, we want the layout to look exactly like [login to view URL] in which i want "ASH ON ROSE AND BACKPLATE - PRODUCT OPTIONS" shifted on left below the main product image , we can have 2 or more rows but the whole row will span across the whole page as shown in screenshot also we want this whole layout to be responsive for all kind of devices. We also need a Video button as shown in the [login to view URL] We dont want the radio button to be seen in all the product options, we just want the option to be selected when we click on any thumbnail, you can keep the radio button hidden. We are already using thridparty plugin for doing this product options, so you will have to debug his code and study how his product option thing works. Also we need product description tool tip to popup when we hover over any product option thumbnail, in the plugin we are using we have a dedicated description field for each product options, so you wont have any issue using that. And all the modifications to [login to view URL] file MUST BE made via vqmod and not directly editing the core file.
