Modify an iPhone application (integrate WordPress/BuddyPress)

Hi there! I am looking for the right iOS/Android developer to customize an open source Instagram clone application to my requirements. Let's start with the iOS development, this application for the iphone will be what you are bidding on. If you know both Android and iOS programming, then we will need you for the Android application once we have completed the iOS request. THE iOS MOBILE APPLICATION I found this great open source software that will be the main building block of our mobile application. You can check it out here: [login to view URL] 1. I need you to connect to my website's WORDPRESS database to display photos uploaded to the public gallery by BUDDYPRESS users. 2. I need you to also connect to the BUDDYPRESS/WORDPRESS database so that when the mobile app user follows or unfollows a member, they are performing this function for the online website aswell. (I have buddypress's follow plugin installed) 3. a) I need you to create an additional function within the application that will pinpoint the users current location. User may or may not have to approve the GPS tracking. 3. b) with this new GPS function, we are going to have it work with the WORDPRESS/BUDDYPRESS/GEODIRECTORY plugins on my website through the new app. 3. c) The GPS function you will program into the Instagram clone will be used to check into a GEODIRECTORY "place". (create a tab that says "check in") 3. d) The user will receive a push notification either asking permission to "check into place" or automatically do it for the user once entered into the GPS zone. The (geodirectory) PLACE'S name will also be displayed in the notification. 3. e) When the application verifies the user has checked into a GEODIRECTORY place (determined by a RADIUS of 25feet set around the defined PLACE location) - automatically the user's BUDDYPRESS activity feed is updated with a new item stating "$user has checked into $placeNameAndHyperlink" for all of their followers to see. The hyperlink for the place will of course link back to the GEODIRECTORY PLACE that the user is checked into. 4. The next add-on for the application will be simple. I just need to display the logged in users BUDDYPRESS activity feed for the online website. This should be pretty straight forward, if you have any questions about it just let me know before any work has begun. 4. b) Because we are referencing GEODIRETORY PLACES for the mobile app CHECK IN feature, we will also need a new tab for PLACES. This means when the user visits the activity stream (buddypress) tab within the app you create, and clicks the hyperlink for the PLACE a user has checked into, they will be directed to the "places" tab with the relevant place and info. I hope this makes alot of sense to you. 5. Last but not least, for the images that are being displayed (taken from the online website's public gallery) will have a function where users can vote "hot or not" for any chosen image through the application. This means if you are a user, and you see a picture you like scrolling through the image gallery, and click it - you can choose to rate it hot or not one time only. The top images rated "hot" can be seen under another tab. 5.5 We will need social sharing for all photos. This means a user can click an image and see share buttons for instagram, twitter, facebook AND buddypress (but call it "My Golf Feed", which will share directly to the BUDDYPRESS activity feed for all friends to see.)
