Modify 2 functions on Prestashop templates

I have a project used Prestashop and needs to modify existing 2 functions.
1) add the other available room option after customer view on the booking. (refer to to the attachment file 1).
2) Allow customer booking the room by pass registration and only provide several information only. (refer to attachment the file 2)
