Mini-CMS and Approval Submissions

Hi, I have a relatively small project involving managed content and approval of submissions. Requirements: allow client to register / log in, then they will have access to download files. (all non-admin users have the access to the same files) Users can also submit forms. The files to be downloaded and forms to be filled out need to managed by an admin user. Admin must also have the ability to approve user form submissions and manage users. IA Document Attached. All xhtml/ css is already taken care of. Project Completion needed by December 26.
