So I don't want to read the same proposals. I had two freelancers working on this with a perfect portfolio and they failed!!! I have Icegram plugin and smtp plugin to my WordPress website and when I send a test mail (newsletter), I don't see the newsletter, I see only codes, can you help? All bids that don't start with I can help with Icegram and smtp plugin will be hidden and explain to me how you can help. The newsletter is created, I only need this to work!

I can help with Icegram and smtp plugin. Hello sir! I think the problem is that your email templates are not using the correct unicode , which is necessary for the email receiver to understand html emails .
