Make clean Magento 1.9 Email Templates

I am looking for someone that can change all default Magento 1 email templates to my own look and feel. They need to be clean and simple, in colors I advise and with header/footer I explain, with our logo and styling.
- These emails need to show up correctly in all email clients, including [login to view URL], gmail, hotmail, iCloud, Spark etc etc.
- These emails need to be responsive, so they show correct on tablets and phones as well, in browsers and native phone email clients such as apple mail and android mail.
- Templates need to be made with Magento core functionality in mind, so I need to be able to use the code written in the default admin template locations. No re-written files in ftp / installation.
- I need all templates in 2 languages; Dutch and English. (I provide the words, you don't have to do translation, just the code)
