Make an Andriod Application for displaying Forex Rates

Hello,

I require an you to build an user friendly Andriod Application that should involve the key features:

1) Forex Rates (updated via server PC on multiple terminals)

a) 2, 3 & 4 Column Support (See attached picture)

2) Company Logo

3) Date and time

4) Ticker Text

5) Company ad

a) Static Poster Ad (Multiple via timeline)

b) Dynamic Video Ad (Multiple via timeline)

6) See the number of terminals online and offline

7) Add video and pictures and change content on the screen

8) Multiple Template Colors to display Forex

9) Display in Landscape and Potriat Orientation both

10) FULL HD 1920 x 1080p resolution compatible

11) Shall be able to divide screen in multiple segments. For Forex, for advertising ads, for ticker etc.

12) Multiple User Management and assigning editing and other rights etc.
