Magento Item Creation and Ongoing Maintenance Work

Hello,
We are looking for someone to help create new products for us in Magento. Additionally, this person would help us with small maintenance items (updating homepage banners, managing items that show on the home page and creating special categories, etc. to make the site more current and updated. We work with automotive products, so we are always adding new vehicles (years, makes and models of cars and truck). Each time a new car model comes out, we need to create a product for that car and assign it with tags, etc.
We do not want to have bulk imports made that create a mess and replicate product images. We need careful maintenance to our functioning and active website.
We would share a Google spreadsheet of the products and product details and highlight those items that have been checked by our team and need be created on our store.
Please include examples of Magento or other stores you have worked and the number of years experience. Thank you!
