Joomla/K2 Expert needed

I need an experienced Joomla/K2 developer to make some minor changes on our site, at the K2 Item View. There are two lines that I need to remove, so that the information below the adsense add will be closer to it. (See image attached). Make sure at all times that the space between the item title and the top remains as it is right now at all time. (See image attached). I just purchased a new plugin to allow users to make comments directly from their facebook account, but when I configure it to show at the bottom of the item view, it just doesn't show. (It does when published at the top, right over the article text. I need this to be fixed. Please only experienced developers that already know the ropes of Joomla and the K2 component. I dont have time for experiments and try outs, and the site needs to keep running at all times, as we have a constant flow of readers. Please indicate you availability to start working right away and when do you expect to have it ready. Thank you.
