Interactive fun eLearning gaming app for Students

I run a tuition centre and I need a website and mobile app for my students to use it in a fun learning way. Imagine a student logging into his iPad or laptop and launching this app will allow him to learn through gaming and leveling up! You'll provide the app platform for the student to do his assessments in a "gaming" environment, to level up each time topics are unlocked. 1.
