Integrate CSV File Into Wordpress

I want to turn it into a directory of listings. The CSV file contains listings of bars and night clubs. This CSV file contains records of night clubs in all 50 states in the United States. This is approximately 50k records to be imported. It would be best to have a script to run to import these into new custom tables needed for Wordpress. The fields include: Business Name Business Address Business City Business State Business Zip Code Business Website (when available) Business Phone (When Available) Longitude Latitude I want to have the data displayed on my site in categories as follows: 1) 50 States (there would be 50 states listed as categories) 2) Within those 50 states there would be Cities within those States listed as sub-categories within those 50 States. 3) Within the cities there would be listings of the bars and night clubs that are located in those cities. 4) Each bar and night club would also have it's own page, and an area to rate and review the bar or night club, along with a google map that displays its location based on the address. This all needs to be properly SEO optimized, meaning for example: State page would say: Bars In Alabama - Find Bars & NightClubs In Alabama Example: [login to view URL] City Page Would say: Bars In Atlanta - The Top Bars & Nightclubs In Atlanta Example: [login to view URL] Nightclub/Bar Page would say: {Name Of Night Club} - Rate & Review Example: [login to view URL] That's it, pretty simple for someone familiar with database integration into Wordpress.
