Install framework 7 on my computer

I cant get framework 7 to work. its supposed to take 20min to setup but i have been struggling, im doing something wrong.

I need all the cool functions in kitchen sink to work like accordion, calender, picker etc.

I also need this person to tell me what im doing wrong so i can do the installation right in the future.
