Import Data From CSV Into WordPress Using Plugins

I have about a dozen CSV files with data I would like to import into Wordpress using custom post types and custom fields using the plugins WP All Import, Advanced Custom Fields and CPT UI. Some of these fields are repeater fields in which there are multiple rows of data of a certain type. The objects are curricula (learning materials) with file attachments (PDF's), students, learning plans, accounts (members), schools, teachers, leads, employees, contacts, tasks and attendance. Some PHP code may be required, although most of the project will be done using the plugin features. I need someone who is familiar and has experience with these plugins, especially WP All Import, and can advise me on the best method and *design* for importing many of these fields. So prior experience with these plugins and these tasks is required. Much of the data is relational, with some text files containing foreign keys to the other tables.
