Help with customizing Wordpress code

Hello!
I am looking for someone to help me customize a few things on my Wordpress portfolio site.
First, if you look at [login to view URL] you can see how image two loads before image one and quickly slides away. This looks like a glitch to me and I would like for it to just start on image one.
Second, on the same link example, when you click the arrows to see the next picture, the image slides in from the side. I would like for the image to load in place and have no slide movement.
Lastly, on the same link, you can see that the third image scales to fit in the browser window making it unreadable. Is there a way we can have the WIDTH of the image scale with the browser, but keep the height of the image that i make it? The should scroll to see the full image.
