Help in setting up a Laravel Project with SCSS

I want to setup a project in Laravel. The project was earlier built on compiled css and js files, but I want to remake it to use Laravel mix, and let Laravel Compile all the assets. I just want help in this setup part. I have all the files, I need help and guidance from someone who knows Laravel, Node NPM, SACC,SCSS and JS. I just have to setup this project. Won't take more than 1 hour if you know all these things. We'll work over video call and screen share.
