Help to optimize PHP+javascript page to reduce memory consumption

We have developed an small portal in php and javascript to display business information for a customer. One of the pages consumes a lot of memory and, in some browsers, it continues consuming more and more memory until it becomes unresponsive.
I can provide http and ssh access to a virtual machine where the portal is running. Unfortunately, I am not able to reproduce the issue myself.
I would like to hire a freelancer to help me find out why this dashboard is consuming so much memory, look for alternatives to optimize the code and fix the excessive memory consumption that my customer is suffering.
