Google Map Widget

Create a Google Map section for my website (inside an iFrame or whatever you think is required) allowing the user to interact with the map. The map should display a couple of pins and its color needs to be blue. Once created, I should be able to easily add new pins or change the map color. If the map requires some Google account, I also need guidance on how to transfer it to my account so that it's under my control.
