Google Dialogflow AI Specialist to create funny SMS chat bot

I'm looking to utilize google dialogflow and a simple SMS platform like Twilio, to create an mvp version of a AI based chat bot, that fools people into thinking they're engaging with a real human on the other end. The conversations will be had over SMS, and potentially whatsapp, imessage, etc in the future if feasible. I'd like this to work a bit unconventionally from a typical "support bot", and engage the "customer" with more small talk than usual, conversational pivots, and ideally make them laugh/intrigued to keep texting back. I want to see if we can successfully make a chat bot that truly captivates the person on the other end, and keeps them responding. Goal is to take an unconventional approach to an AI chat bot, and purposefully try to engage the customers in captivating ways, understand their replies, and hopefully make them smile/laugh in some witty way. Have some writers and comedians on our team internally who can help flesh out the sample dialog and train the AI chat bot - but need to work with an expert to create something that works, and properly engages people. The goal is for the bot to seem human, and not at all a chat bot. (even with the timing of replies, they should not be instant, but instead sometimes take 1-2mins, to seem like a real conversation with another human). If the mvp works well, I'd like to explore scaling this a bit more to intelligently train the chat bot to reply to a lot more settings, and types of conversations / jokes.
